Ball grinder mill in cement industry
Ball grinding mill is also called ball grinder mill, is one of widely used industrial machines. Ball grinder mill is used in cement industry, buiding material, chemical industry, and mining industry. There are two ways of grinding: the dry process and the wet process. Ball grinder mill can be divided into tabular type and flowing type according to different forms of discharging materials.
Ball grinder mill working principle:
This Ball mill, a horizontal type and tubular running device, has two warehouses. This machine is a grid type. The material enters spirally and evenly the first warehouse of the milling machine along the input material hollow axis by input material device. In this warehouse, there is a ladder scaleboard or ripple scaleboard, and different specification steel balls are installed on the scaleboard, when the barrel body rotates and then produces centrifugal force, at this time, the steel ball is carried to some height and falls down to make the material heavy striked and grinded. After being grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enters the second warehouse for regrinding with the steel ball and scaleboard. In the end, the powder is discharged by output material board and the final products are completed.
Ball mill is the early grinder machine, and widely used in the cement industry. It can grind many materials into fine powder, such as coal, cement clinker, ceramics, stones. There are two types of ball mills: the dry ball mill and the wet ball mill.
In the cement production line, ball mill is mainly used for grinding gypsum, limestone and cement clinker to make cement.
Ball mill for limestone grinding: Ball mill work together with the limestone crusher machine to crush and grind limestone into powder in cement plant.
Ball mill for coal powder: Ball mill is used to grind coal into powder, then these coal powder mix with other cement materials to make cement.
Ball mill for gypsum grinding: In cement plant, ball mill is also used to grind gypsum into powder as cement additive.
Ball mill for cement clinker grinding: In cement grinding plant, ball mill is also used as cement clinker grinding mill to grind cement clinker into powder to make cement.
In the course of cement production line, controlling the saturating ball mill turns into the key tache of increasing the output and quality of cement. This process consumes the most power in cement plant. There are strict requirements about finess of cement. So we should choose the right milling machine for this process in the cement production line.
