How to increase ball mill capacity
Ball mill has many types, these types have different capacity with 0.65 t/p- 30 t/p. The finished size can be adjusted from 0.075mm-0.4mm.
This ball mill is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part(inclding decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control) and so on. To make the ball mill run normally and increase the ball mill capacity, the operator must note these things:
The operator must be familiar with the structure and properties of grinding equipment and the name, specification, function of the parts.
1. when the ball mill is running, feed the water and materials according to the stipulate. Prevent work overload.
2. Check whether the temperature of the motor and spindle is higher than 60㧳. If so, deal it immediately.
3. Before cutting down the ball milling machine, first stop the mining, when ore has been deale dwith, stop the water, the final step is to pull down the gates.
4. Keep the equipment clean.
5. Do the maintenance every month.
