To make the ball mill operate good, we must strictly abide by the operation and maintenance procedures.
Before starting the ball mill, check whether the connecting bolt, gears, couplings are tightening;
Check whether the oil of the oil tank and the reducer is in the adequacy, and Whether the lubricating device and instrumentation have problems. Determines the flow of pipeline. Check whether there are ore to prevent the ball mill machine running. Check the ring gear and pinion gear case with or without abnormal noise.
The order start machine is: First start the ball grinding mill oil pump. When the oil pressure reach 1.5 ~ 2.0 kg / cm2, it is allowed to start the ball mill, and then start the grading machine. All are functioning properly, then start grinding.
In operation, we must always pay attention to bearing temperature. The temperature shall not exceed 50 ~ 65. We also always pay attention to motors, voltage, current, temperature, sound, etc. And pay attention to lubrication system. The temperature of the oil tank shall not exceed 35 ~ 40 , the pressure to the pipeline should be maintained at 1.5 ~ 2.0 kg / cm2. Check the lubrication of transmission components such as gear, main bearing, grading machine reducer. Constantly pay attention to the change of nature of ore, and to take appropriate measures in a timely manner under the circumstances.
When stopping ball mill, First stop the feeder machine, then stop the ball mill machine until the ore has been dealt with. The last is pump. With grading machine screw lifting equipment to raise sand surface, and then stop grading machine.
This ball mill is horizontal type and tubular running device, has two warehouses. This machine is grid type and its outside runs along gear. The material enters spirally and evenly the first warehouse of the milling machine along the input material hollow axis by input material device. In this warehouse , there is a ladder scaleboard or ripple scaleboard, and different specification steel balls are installed on the scaleboard, when the barrel body rotates and then produces centrifugal force ,at this time , the steel ball is carried tosome height and falls to make the material grinding and striking. After grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second warehousefor regrinding with the steel ball and scaleboard. In the end, the powder is discharged by output material board andthe end products are completed.
