Classification of vibrating screen in stone crushing line
- The classification of vibrating screen will be different in different use in stone crushing line. Linear vibrating screen and circular vibrating screen are the common type we used. As following, we will introduce several classification of vibrating screen.
According to its structure and working principle, vibrating screen can be divided into several kinds.
1. Fixed vibrateing screen. Fixed vibrating screen is the common one applied in the heavy industry, and it is usually used for preparation screen before coarse and medium crushing. Its features simple structure, easy to manufacture, little power consumption, in addition, the stones can be unloaded on the screen directly. However, its efficiency is low.
2. Axle vibrateing screen is less used in heavy industry.
3. Circular vibrateing screen. Circular vibrating screen is a kind of widely used equipment, but not in the ore dressing industry. It features advantages of low rotating speed, stability, good dynamic balance. But it has disadvantages of easy to plug the sieve, low efficiency of screening and producing and small working areas.
