Kaolin beneficiation process
Before using the kaolin, it has to be made into kaoline powder using stone crushers, grinding machines and other mining machines. That is kaolin beneficiation. In industrial processes, there are two types process: dry process and wet process.

Kaolin Dry Process

enter into kaolin crusher for crushing, after primary crushing by hammer crusher, it's diameter is about 25mm. Then crushed kaolin go through secondary crushing by cage crusher until it's diameter is less than 6mm, the final step is grinding. Usually use raymond mill to grind kaolin into powder. The kaolin clay after processed this method is usually used as Packing in rubber, plastics, Papermaking industry.

Kaolin Wet Process

Kaolin wet process includes three stage, they are ore preparation, Beneficiation, processing, and Disposition of products. In ore preparation, kaolin ore is crushed, and made into paste. Beneficiation process includes hydraulic graduation, flotation, magnetic separation and bleaching.

Kaolin beneficiation machine

Crusher machine used for kaolin. In the kaolin beneficiation process, crushing is the important stage. Usually crushing process includes primary crushing and secondary crushing.

I the kaolin primary crushing process, hammer crusher is used as crushing machine. It can crush kaolin into small pieces with the size less than 25.4mm.

Cone crusher is used in kaolin secondary crushing process. Crushed kaolin after cone crusher is less than 6.35mm.

Kaolin grinding mill

Raymond mill for kaolin is of a standing structure with features of small occuping space and strong integration capability. All the finished particles have a good uniformity of fineness, with passing screen rate as high as 98%. This is what other machines cannot reach. The raymond mill machine adopts electromagnetic vibrating feeder, which ensures even and regular feeding. It is easy to adjust, small in dimension, ligh in weight, with lower oil and powder consumption and easy maintenance. The electricity system of the raymond mill is centrally controlled, so no people are needed in the operating room.
